  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • ½ large green pepper
  • ½ large cucumber peeled
  • 80g black olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers drained
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 120g feta cheese
  • 60ml olive Oil
  • 30ml vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Method Steps

  1. Combine the tomato, green pepper, cucumber, olives, spring onions, capers and cheese in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, pepper and oregano together in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and toss.
