  • 5g butter
  • 140g nuts of your choice (such as almonds, walnuts or pecans)
  • salt, sugar substitute or chili powder, to flavour (optional)

Method Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Stir in the nuts and sauté until browned.
  3. Place on kitchen paper to absorb the oil.
  4. If you like them salty, use salt to taste.
  5. If you like them sweet, use a sugar substitute to taste.
  6. If you like them spicy, use chili powder to taste.
